Watch your words!!

ON your MARK!
Get Set!
GO!!

These are words that prepare athletes and sportsmen to get going!! Going towards their target!! Ready to achieve!! All charged with the enthusiasm and support from the onlookers, one goes focused towards the GOAL!!

GO CORONA GO!!
Come ON GO CORONA GO!!
GO CORONA GO!!

These are the chants we get to hear in various videos being shared of 22nd March & 5th April 2020.

Now what are we aiming at I wonder? Cheering the virus? Energizing him to create an impact!! Please!! If we cannot do things right, at times it is better to remain silent. At such times, yes SILENCE is GOLDEN!!

Healers, clairvoyants, em-paths all are aware of the impact of words!!

The same sad situation engulfed Tamilnadu with the 2015 rains, all news channels with blaring headline - WHY is Chennai drowning? Why is Tamilnadu in deep waters? Personally feel all these reports must have a training on where to use the WHY, and HOW to implement the HOW?

Let's together create a better world!!

How can we safe from all the negativity, contamination and fear of the virus?

How can we get the media to express in a better manner?

How can the world be a safe place for one and all?

Quantum Biofeedback in FINANCE & BANKING INDUSTRY

Finance & Banking Industry - Save our Bankers, save ourselves, our country!!

Work pressure in Banking Sector is always on the rise constantly keeping a banker on the edge. Can a banker ever relax? First you need to give a loan, the survival of the entire sector is based on the earned interest.  Then comes the stress of recovering the loan!! Earlier banking was simple, traditional 10-3 job, now with the rising population and increasing Banking Institutions, the job is more competitive.

One may come in at 10 am and banking hours RTGS (real time gross settlement) closes at 6 pm. So by the time updates are done it is well past 8.00 pm. This is one sector, you cannot afford to leave today’s job for tomorrow!! Everything has to happen in the now!!  When the job calls for attention, at times Nature's call has to be suppressed and overlooked!!

The demonetization in India was one such time, where bankers were in total stress, unable to leave their seats to use the washrooms too!  Stress, what is it? Ease, the body has forgotten!!  "No lunch time. Even normally, lunch time is 3.30 to 4.00 pm for bankers, after customer hours” states a Senior Official.

And quickly adds, “Postings provided for banking professionals are at times out of State, far from home town. Not only are you undergoing the stress of separation from loved ones, we are left to deal with unknown language too at times.”

This can create undue stress although may not be visible upfront to all. -
“Every customer is demanding today and you can never please them all. So even at the slightest arguments or provocations, customers write directly to the grievance cell and bankers are being pulled up - taken to task,  be they right or wrong !! The motto here is - The Customer is always right!!

Not to forget, daily harassment, favoritism and nepotism raise their ugly necks from bosses (as in every other industry), who dance their way to pronounce whimsical fancies which could either make or mar your career, for no fault of yours.

Suicide, though said to be the act of a coward, is on the high due to work stress is on the increase in banks. New entrants unable to take in the competitive pressures, sales and collection targets.

Bank Employees in general feel and are of the opinion that they are over burdened with work pressures which eventually they are aware and are sure would one day , take a toll on their health. It is like slow poisoning.

The comfort zone of family connectivity is also lost in the bargain.

“In the case of banks, there is no overtime.  In the private sector there is BONUS system, whereas in government banks there is only pay and no BONUS. Staff issues and lot of attrition add to the woes, causing stress. Moreover a sedentary lifestyle leads to health issues and causes severe stress” quotes another Officer.

The worst part is to get themselves heard, the Bankers are left with no option but to go on strikes, which again affects the economy as a whole

Bankers are the most essential part of our economic growth, and we need them to function in the most relaxed stress free atmosphere!!

And what better way than a Quantum Biofeedback Session would relax our bankers.

The complete destress programme would help the Banker unwind, and once in a while a tap on enhancing their communication, mathematical & analytical skills will steer them into safe and expansive zones of improving the Financial sector.

Yes, fusing consciousness will enhance quality of relationships especially with the family!!

Won't you want your banker to greet you with a smile??

Installation of Biofeedback Devices in Financial Institutions, can offer even their customers a path of relaxation, to further enhance the clients business acumen enabling timely repayments to the bank!

EROS & THANATHOS, DESTRESS, Digestion, Family & Social Reconnect, Enhance Learning Skills, Sleep & Relaxation are some of the therapies useful for the Institute.

And now even in the times of the pandemic, bankers are part of the essential services, and are personally at high risk.

Tuermeric Water

How to make turmeric water?
In a glass of hot water, please add a quarter tea spoon of turmeric powder, stir and drink. One can add a few drops of lemon to taste too!!

Turmeric is a natural antiseptic, natural and works miracles in every situation.

In India, we sprinkle turmeric water to clear space. Also bathe with a pinch of turmeric in the bath, unwanted energies, negative thoughts removal.

Also in case of uncertainty and depression, we just add a pinch of turmeric in some water and place in the altar, and in few minutes you will find ease in situation and magical resolutions pop up.

We do add a pinch of turmeric powder in all the vegetables we cook too.

While travelling away from home, and we cannot offer our daily ritualistic prayers to our deities in the altar, we cover the deity with heap full of turmeric powder so that no negative energies can come into the space and suck the energy of the POOJA room. Turmeric allows only positive energy around.

Raw fresh turmeric , we use with our daily fresh fruit and vegetable juices, not only does it taste awesome, has great number of benefts - no doubt!!

Along with pepper corn, used in Entity removal!!

ALARM Reaction phase Immediate Reactions, symptoms like cough, stomach upsets..

Regular BIOFEEDBACK sessions at planned intervals help the body to recover subtly by releasing stress at various levels.

Astrology & Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam

The Magic of the VISHNU SAHASRANAMAM

How to use these shlokas?
Listen to the Vishnu Sahasranamam daily in the morning and the evening. It is available on you tube, and M S Subbalaskhmi’s pronounciation is excellent and melodious. Listening to the same regularly and following the scriptures while listening will soon enable you to chant yourself.
After listening to the whole VS, then chant the above mentioned shloka designed specially for your nakshatra 11 times minimum.
You can offer to the deity in your altar flowers and leaves that appease Lord Maha Vishnu, Lotus, White Flowers, Tulsi leaves etc.
Light incense sticks before beginning the chants. Light a ghee lamp also if possible.
Start noticing subtle changes within yourself, your surroundings. The slow, soft subtle changes evolve into major life transformations very gently.
You will discover more ease within yourself. More peace within. Less discomfort experienced. Increase in patience, perseverance, precision, peace, positivity and prosperity are all part of you. You are part of the entire universe, and you are the entire universe, the universe in entirety gets connected to every bit of you and vice versa. Your life purpose becomes visible, clarity in every area is natural.
Just try it, become the words that you chant.
How does it get any better and simpler than this?
Life is easy, Life is effortless, Life is Simple, Life is full of Joy, Life is Happy

lokāḥ samastāḥ sukhino-bhavaṁtu ||
लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनोभवंतु

Advanced level of using the Shlokas
Going a step further to using the essence of timing for further benefits, do chant the SHLOKA designed for the Nakshatra of the day before chanting your own nakshatra. Chant this shloka 11 times minimum, this will enable you to merge with the energy of the day, and allow the vice versa.
There are 27 Nakshatras, and every Sunrise is emerging with energy of a
particular Nakshatra daily. So if you have a panchang, you can check – you may even do an online check of the days Nakshatra, and choose to read the Shloka designed for the particular Nakshatra of the day.
So, for example
If today’s nakshatra is Maham, and you belong to the Ashwini Nakshatra First Padam/Charan, then follow the following ritual :
First listen/chant the whole Vishnu Sahasranamam.
Then chant for your own Nakshatra – Ashwini.
Then chant all four shlokas of the Maham Nakshatra.

WHAT is the best time to use the SHLOKAS?

The Vishnu Sahasranaamam is best chanted during the Brahma Muhurat. There is a magical silence, the sound of this silence has a vast, expansive effect on every individual.

When is the Brahma Mahurat?
Begins at 3.30 am and is a time when lung is functioning at its peak.

At what other time can the shlokas be chanted?
To bring in stability we see an auspicious time to make a start. Then once you master yourself, there is no binding of TIME & Space on you, You go beyond the clutches of time!! All time is good time!! All in good time!!

These can be chanted during the day. Avoid chanting during the nights. A good night’s sleep is best for regulation of the breath!!
