My experience with AATMN - Redikall Healing - Life Saved - Smiles Again

*How I met Aatmn*

Aatmn, this was a name mentioned to me by my friend Sanjay Ravikant Warke, who had shared her *Soul's Temple Technique* with me at a conference in Budapest. I was suffering with a severe headache, the aircondition was too much for me, and I thought this uneasiness will make me miss my favourite lecture.

And unbelievable was the result -Zap , pain gone in a moment.

I was happy as well as amused, at how beautiful this method works....and how many times I would have popped in pills to get relief from this pain!!!

And then a month later my son was in a bad shape of health. , had psychic friends calling and cautioning me about his life, these cautioning messages put me totally off balance, into deep fear.

Desperately seeking support  I called Sanjay who gave me Aatmns number. She gave me an appointment for a fortnight later. Disheartened, but not giving up on hope, I sent her my child's photo.


Aatmn messaged me to keep my son ready for a telephonic session. And then as we started we realised my son was in no condition to repeat the statements she was asking to. She asked me to come on the line. And then it was an intense hour and half of verbal statements guided by Aatmn, and I was having all the aches and pains severe. ..popping up wherever my son was having issues., and this made me realise what hell he was going through. We were done. I thanked her and put the phone down and rushed to see my Pushkal 🤔... wondering whether what I am doing is right.

And to my surprise, both my kids had a bath and ready to leave for the airport , we were to leave for Mumbai.

And am sharing the before and after pictures for you to see the magic I experienced.

And then it was in January 2017 that Aatmn announced A Redikall Foundation Workshop, asked me if I would like to come. I joined and was amazed to see almost all participants were old students of Aatmn, and they all shared her smile.

For those suffering from insomnia, please go to bed by 8.30 pm ,  tie a black cloth around eyes.  IThis practice will slowly and steadily get all your organ functionality in perfect order, and you will start sleeping naturally  on time.

Drinking boiled ripe bananas with cinnamon aids in sleep for insomniacs. ( Haven't tried it personally as I can sleep in a jiffy just about any time.)

Chanting some affirmations or singing softly to yourself also relaxes one completely and aids sleep.

Apply a drop of sesame oil on the thumb nails of both feet. Helps relax mind and sleep well.

Nutmeg full of  nutrients -  minerals such as magnesium, manganese and copper; and vitamins such as B1, B6, etc.

Helps Treat InsomniaNutmeg has a calming effect when consumed in smaller doses. Various ancient medicinal practices credit it for its sleep inducing and de-stressing effects. According to Ayurveda, you should add a pinch of nutmeg to a glass of warm milk and have it before sleeping. You can also add in some almonds and a pinch of cardamom for added benefits.

Getting someone to massage your hands and feet....a fantastic way to sleep...this not only rejuvenates the organs ...completely relaxes the mind. (But yes this would be straining another person)

If you've had a strenuous day at work, then

soaking feet in hot water with some rock salt just before retiring to bed relieves of all aches and pains.

I observed my aunt was suffering from insomnia and this was resulting in digestive disorders as well as high sugar levels.

A doctor at breach candy hospital prescribed Meloset 3mg, and this helped setting her sleep right resulting in balance in overal health. One needs to consult their doctor before getting to use this and yes must not get addict to them.

A very sincere request that each one of us connect to plants.

The energy absorption will increase drastically. Right now everyone is not receiving the energies. Please.

 As I keep mentioning the importance of sleep to each and every person I come across,  here our lovely participants would easily understand and inculcate in their lives , SLEEP ....on the right time.


 Sleeping for 8 hours is not so important as sleeping *at 8pm*


 When you observe plants and trees, you will notice that they wake up with the rising sun, and sleep with the sun set.


 We have all learnt how plants and trees make their food in the presence of sunlight.

Sunlight ,  water and air - the most essential ingredients


 And we humans live in the Solar system, and have our digestive system called as the *Solar Plexus* . The Solar plexus or the Stomach chakra is ruled by the planet *Sun*

 We are also designed to eat within the solar hours. But do we obey the rules of the stomach?

 Follow the rules of the stomach for better brain functioning.

 Are we aware that our Nostrils alternate breath in a rythmic manner?

When the left nostril at play it's the IDA, the right nostril the Pingla. ...and both together is activation of the Sushumna.

 Our breath changes from one nostril to another in approximately over and hour and 15 minutes.

While switching from one to another, both nostrils are at play for 56 secs.

These 56 secs are what bring about balance with ourselves.

And if we regulate our sleep and are able to sleep by 9pm ....then the Sushumna, both nostrils are breathing naturally for 7 to 8 minutes before sunrise.

This 7 to 8 minutes bring our entire body's mechanism to a balance.

 We miss on this natural way of healing from within when we fail to follow the rules of the stomach and our sleep pattern.

 Eating in regular intervals within the Sun hours is good for the body.

Food that is consumed in unearthly hours....becomes poison for the body.

 An imbalance in the five elements doesn't allow us to think straight.

 During the solar hours the body produces SEROTONIN, a happiness hormone.

During sleep hours....ie after Sunset, the production of melatonin begins.

When the serotonin is not in a balance..

Ex....we use electronic gadgets like mobiles, television, telephones and laptops after Sunset.....these are constantly producing solar energy...so body keeps producing serotonin. ...


Same way....melatonin is at its peak between 9 to 11 pm......and now how many of us actually are in bed? How many of us asleep?  How many of us asleep in dark rooms?

 An imbalance in the serotonin and melatonin causes either aggression

Colour Therapy - Yellow - Do It Yourself

COLOUR THERAPY

Holi in our India is a festival of colour's, and Holistic healing over here I call a *Colourful Healing*

The Rainbow is called the Indra Dhanush, means the Bow of Lord Indra.

Indira is the Lord of Luxury, the king of all deities and the Seven magical colours lead us to luxury.

The Brahma Dhanush, or the Bow of the Creator is a complete creation of colours.

As per Quantum Biofeedback technology, with the clasp64 software that  I use , there are 251 colours , shades of colours in the human body, and when they lose balance, then there is imbalance in health.

Nature has the ability to restore the body to perfect balance through Natural colours.

The morning Sun Rays are best for healing any health condition, and the ultra violet rays that emanate within 2 hours  of sunrise are best suited for the human body. THE AGNIHOTRA ritual is performed in the mornings and evenings - during Sunrise and Sunset to invite the VIBGYOR to the earth.

The Indian Vedic system of taboo on Rahu kaalam are those given hours of time during the day when we must not get ourselves exposed to the harmful rays of the sun. This brings around an imbalance in the colours in the body.

The simple formula for the Weekly Rahukalam,  to remember is
Mother Saw Father Wearing The Turban Son.

Here Mother is Monday, Saw is Saturday, Father is Friday, Wearing is Wednesday, The.is Thursday, Turban is Tuesday and Son is Sunday.

From the nature and surrounding around us, we can easily understand the nature of colours.

From the Rainbow colour's, VIBGYOR, ie., Violet which is the first of the colour's in the VIBGYOR, we get to understand that it's the key colour to access our resources.

To access resources we need complete tranquillity, peaceful state of mind, so using light shades of purple for clothing, and colouring the Thumb with the same helps us gain through tranquillity.

This colour can be used for those hyperactive too.

Now why the thumb?

Sujok, as we know is the art of using our Natural ability to heal by using our body's representative mechanism.

Prof. Park Jae Woo, a Korean Spiritual Scientist,  founder of Sujok, found that our Divine Creator has made the complex human body so intricate with awesome replicative resemblance in the hands and feet.

Introduced to the modality by Dr Parandhaman, we under care of Dr Sankar TSR Mohanaselvan learnt a little bit of  Sujok applications, and have been blessed to learn directly from Prof.Park Jae Woo.

Using colours to help myself heal quicker was a miracle magic learnt from a Master - Manish.

Integrating with our other Natural Modalities, these colours are a boon.

The VIBGYOR

Violet in the chakra system is the colour of the Sahasra Chakra, ie, the Resource Energy.

This is also represented by the mother moon.

Moon is responsible for peace or turbulence of the mind, so the shade of purple can help calm the mind.

Particularly works well for those whose disturbance is strongly felt with the tides and waxing and waning of the moon.

Violet can reduce the violence considerably.

There permutations and combinations of the colours that can be used a plenty.

Now coming to the colour Indigo.... Its the colour of the Aagya Chakra or Chakra ruled by planet Saturn. Its the area where thoughts arise and are granted permission. The word Agya means permission in Sanskrit.

So generally I love to use Sri Paramhansa Yoganandas affirmation,

*I will with my own will which flows from the Divine Will to be Healthy, to be well, to be prosperous and spiritual, to be well, to be well.*

The colour indigo eases and grants permission towards healthy self.

Then comes the color Blue, the colour of the VISHUDDHII chakra, the chakra ruled by the planet Jupiter.

Lord Shiva, also known as Neelkanth - the one with the Blue throat, as per Hindu mythology is to have drunk the poison that emanated out of the Amruta Manthan.

And the lesson we learn from Lord Shiva , is not to allow the poison or bitterness of the worldly life we live in to penetrate within our body, and activate our clarity and confidence by enhancing this chakra.

A secret tip to enhance this chakra is by maintaining silence on Thursdays. Is that possible with all the electronic gadgets that surround us? SILENCE is of the mind completely.  Try and experience the magic for yourself.

The sky is blue in colour. Its a colour of ease.  This color is cooling and soothing. Best colour to bring down heat. Reduce Inflammation. Inflammation is the cause of most obstruction in the body. Use this colour to reduce inflammation.

This colour can also be used to reduce heat in the body. For burning temperature, fevers this colour will work amazingly well.

Acidity. This also is greatly reduced with the Water colour Blue.

Imagine you washing your bathrooms with acids to clean up stains. Acids are needed but allowing them to remain on the floor will erode the tiles. Same way;  body secrets acids which are much needed for digestion and if retained in body they then start causing degeneration of the organs. So acidity and inflammation are to be healed immediately so we don't breed diseases.

Light blue works very well  for this.

Now coming to the colour green.  This is the colour of the Heart Chakra. , ruled by planet Venus, which is dual in nature.

Green with envy!!! This is a phrase used when a person is extremely jealousy.

So the heart chakra is dual in nature.

In our environment, look around for green, it's the plants , trees....and you observe that Green is the colour of upward growth.

So if you want to grow tall, now you know what to do!!  Eat more healthy greens. Wear green.

For rebuilding organs we use the colour green on the corresponding area in the palm or feet.

Green works very well for release of gas from stomach.

Green works well with tooth aches.

Tooth aches are a reflection of deep resentment within us. And the colour green helps reduce that gradually.

Over here I would like to make mention of the power of oil pulling with sesame oil. This has great positive impact on release of toxins, clearing throat, easing the stress of having to talk too much, whitening the teeth, strengthing the gums, tightening the loose teeth, and the best part is to release all kinds of resentment.

*A word of caution* : Green vegetables are always to be eaten during  Sun risen hours. Never after Sunset. Remember that just as plants make their food with the help of sunlight, our digestive system known as the SOLAR PLEXUS, is governed by the SUN, and is not very happy with being put to work after Sunset.

*Colour magic - Blue and Yellow mixed  - give green.*

Now let's move towards yellow and its usage. Yellow, the first Natural environment al connection to the color is the Sun. What do we observe from its nature? It is expansive!!!

So yellow is the colour of growth side-ways.

Now you know what you need to use if you want to put on weight., am sure weight watchers would have understood now the need to avoid yellow coloured foods and clothes to avoid increase in weight.

In colour therapy the expansive nature of the colour is used for Urinary incontinence.

Also used for prostrate issues.

Have successfully used the same for increasing the capacity of organs., for example - in case of diabetes, increase capacity of the pancreas and spleen.

Turmeric, having magical healing property, used daily as an intake with water, has found to relieve off undesired diseases and help increase life span.

The married women in South  India use turmeric for a bath on Tuesdays and Fridays, to protect their sanctity, increase lifespan of their spouse!!

All auspicious ceremonies in the South also ensure clothing with yellow to increase the auspiciousness of the occassions.

After yellow in the VIBGYOR, we come to the colour orange, the colour of the Creative Chakra, the Hara Chakra, ruled by planet Mercury.

This is a colour of vibrant energy, artistic endeavours, enhanced performance etc.

This can be used to increase energy levels in very dull and lethargic children , while simultaneously colouring liver points green.

Autistic children, using orange on the Agya region helps begin the thought process., on the correspondence, means thumb area which corresponds to the head.

Making children wear orange makes them enthusiastic.

And finally we move to the much charged colour Red, the colour of the Root Chakra, ruled by planet Mars.

Mars is also known to be the planet responsible for the blood flow in the body.

It's very hot..Red represents heat.

This colour can be used where there is lack of circulation in the body.

Spine pain, etc...can be greatly relieved with this color.

Organs that function poor can be coloured red to regain power and energy.

And we must mention Black, this is a colour we use to arrest pain in the body in colour therapy.

Arrest.pain...Means ..we can also use to increase focus.

Though not part of the VIBGYOR, we can use black to ward off cysts and tumors.

Colour concept can be applied to our eating and clothing as well.

Whatta World - The Water World

*Whata World* 🌍

Water World 💦💧

The human body 👫 contains 70 percent water 💦, 30 percent matter 🌑.

The earth 🌎 contains 70 percent water, 30 percent earth.

Life on this earth exists because of Water. The moon regulates the waters in our body just as it does of the earth. 🌙.

When there is an imbalance in the thoughts the waters in our body gets disturbed. 🤬😡😤😭😢😩😰😨😱🤯 .

Turbulence experienced and change happens in the physical structuring too. 🌊 Stress. Stress. More Stress. 🤢.

All this and more can be altered by altering your thoughts, changing your vibrations, 😇 changing the frequency of the water in our body. 👍

And how 🤔do we do that? 🙄

Water can be most soothing. 🍸

When thirsty, all that you need to quench your thirst is water. 🍶

Go to the sea side, experience the peace when you see 👀the waves . 🏊🏻‍♂🧘🏼‍♂ It's one of the best destress therapies ever possible. ..to take a dip in the sea. Stand by the sea. Just dip your feet in the sea, feel the air, the soothing calm.

On waking up after a good night's sleep, a bath refreshes you and wakes you up completely. Refreshing the skin, the thoughts of sleep, energising.

After a tired day at work a bath is most relaxing.

Soaking feet in hot water relaxes and relieves one of aches and pains.

*Water in Holy Places.*

In South India, in temples they add a pinch of raw camphor and tulsi leaves. The mantras are being chanted through out the day. The water carries the energy of the prayers.

The priest offers us this water. A sip and our eyes are wide open with raised vibrations.

During sankalpit prayers, havans, a kalash (pot) is kept covered with a coconut , and decorated with mango leaves or beetle leaves. This water is used to bathe the kartas (for whom the prayer is being performed) , and little to sip in, remaining to purify the energy of the house we live in.

After a Haj Pilgrimage, it's the Zamzam water that carries the magical transforming energy.

At the Church, the Father, prayers over water and we drink to find resolution to our challenges.

Now when we chant affirmations, they work better when we energise the water and drink after completing the chants. It helps raise our vibrations.

*Eclipses*

Eclipses whether solar or lunar, in our vedic discipline, we practice bathing at the starting of the eclipse, gearing up to receive positive vibrations and discard any existing negative or suppressing energies.

Those suffering illness are asked to sprinkle (prokshanam) turmeric water over themselves. Turmeric is a natural dispeller of negative and can attract only positive vibrations.

Then we engage in chanting and meditation.

At the end of the eclipse, we again bathe to discard the energies that may cause (peeda) trouble.

*Elixirs*

Elixirs are magical potions of water over which long term prayers are chanted upon.

*Holy Dips*

Waters in different parts of the world carry different energies/frequencies.

By taking a dip in different in the water we align ourselves to those frequencies.

The Holy Ganges, people go to take a dip to wash off all their negative karma and renew themselves.

*RAMESHWARAM*

This holy town, surrounded by the ocean, carries the 23 types of energies in the well waters inside the temple. Each of the well water tastes different and frequency measured varies.

The Danish River in the Poraiyar region improvises the oxygen levels to the brain, and people come from far and wide for recovery of neuro related ailments.

*Epsom Sea* In London, the Epsom sea , a rich source of magnesium helps relieve from various physical ailments such as pain, fatigue etc. ..and much more.
