For those suffering from insomnia, please go to bed by 8.30 pm ,  tie a black cloth around eyes.  IThis practice will slowly and steadily get all your organ functionality in perfect order, and you will start sleeping naturally  on time.


Drinking boiled ripe bananas with cinnamon aids in sleep for insomniacs. ( Haven't tried it personally as I can sleep in a jiffy just about any time.)


Chanting some affirmations or singing softly to yourself also relaxes one completely and aids sleep.


Apply a drop of sesame oil on the thumb nails of both feet. Helps relax mind and sleep well.


Nutmeg full of  nutrients -  minerals such as magnesium, manganese and copper; and vitamins such as B1, B6, etc.

Getting someone to massage your hands and feet....a fantastic way to sleep...this not only rejuvenates the organs ...completely relaxes the mind. (But yes this would be straining another person)
