*Sleep*
A very sincere request that each one of us connect to plants.
The energy absorption will increase drastically. Right now everyone is not receiving the energies. Please.
Also regarding the share about the observation of plants wake up and sleep patterns.
As I keep mentioning the importance of sleep to each and every person I come across, here our lovely participants would easily understand and inculcate in their lives , SLEEP ....on the right time.
Sleeping for 8 hours is not so important as sleeping *at 8pm*
When you observe plants and trees, you will notice that they wake up with the rising sun, and sleep with the sun set.
We have all learnt how plants and trees make their food in the presence of sunlight.
Sunlight , water and air - the most essential ingredients
And we humans live in the Solar system, and have our digestive system called as the *Solar Plexus* . The Solar plexus or the Stomach chakra is ruled by the planet *Sun*
We are also designed to eat within the solar hours. But do we obey the rules of the stomach?
Follow the rules of the stomach for better brain functioning.
Are we aware that our Nostrils alternate breath in a rythmic manner?
When the left nostril at play it's the IDA, the right nostril the Pingla. ...and both together is activation of the Sushumna.
Our breath changes from one nostril to another in approximately over and hour and 15 minutes.
While switching from one to another, both nostrils are at play for 56 secs.
These 56 secs are what bring about balance with ourselves.
And if we regulate our sleep and are able to sleep by 9pm ....then the Sushumna, both nostrils are breathing naturally for 7 to 8 minutes before sunrise.
This 7 to 8 minutes bring our entire body's mechanism to a balance.
We miss on this natural way of healing from within when we fail to follow the rules of the stomach and our sleep pattern.
Eating in regular intervals within the Sun hours is good for the body.
Food that is consumed in unearthly hours....becomes poison for the body.
An imbalance in the five elements doesn't allow us to think straight.
During the solar hours the body produces SEROTONIN, a happiness hormone.
During sleep hours....ie after Sunset, the production of melatonin begins.
When the serotonin is not in a balance..
Ex....we use electronic gadgets like mobiles, television, telephones and laptops after Sunset.....these are constantly producing solar energy...so body keeps producing serotonin. ...
Same way....melatonin is at its peak between 9 to 11 pm......and now how many of us actually are in bed? How many of us asleep? How many of us asleep in dark rooms?
An imbalance in the serotonin and melatonin causes either aggression
