The human body is a complex and intricately designed intriguing mechanism, still remains a wonder and one can experience the subtle miracles of the human body, togetherness being the most important factor of functionality.
This complex functionality gets disturbed with the slightest disturbance in the thought level. The togetherness is split apart. One feels disassociated. Cut off. Out of tune.
Example... Students before their examinations have butterflies in their stomach. They are nervous about the question paper. Unaware if they would be prepared enough to handle the same.
Our repeated thoughts become our reality.
How can we renew ourselves ?
There are various means and modes of re-aligning ourselves. The various methods become healing modalities. As discussed earlier, Healing is not fixing. Healing is making one feel whole and complete.
When you understand that you feel disease or discomfort in self, the first step is to address the same, and then move on to the comfort zone.

Being an ardent fan of Aatmn and the awesome modality Redikall Foundation, I have something to share. In r5 we are taught to go back to our core non judgmental self. Detection of any Dis Ease, is judgmental. It is an judgement of an ongoing process called LIFE.
There is never one cause or attribute to a Dis Ease. Multiple reasons , may be boiling down to one point, but always multiple area. ,but rooting out (uprooting) any Dis Ease if You want to is possible and easily possible with the R5.
The collective consciousness gives us the energy of gripping fear when detected with Diseases, especially the so called incurable one's.
If the person detected with the DisEase is willing to let go off the same then it's very easy and simple.
For any situations to improve we must first evaluate the present status to measure improvement.
So on a scale of 0 to 10 evaluate your Disease Stress. And preferably convert to a metaphor the whole situation.
And use the R5 statements with the metaphor.
And after completion of the same till the measures of stress drops to 0. Zero. Then use R5 to revive Ease.
The next step will be to bring back EASE in oneself.
