Sleeping on time is important for waking up on time. Following the rules of the SUN will help our body perform better. We are residents of the SOLAR system ruled by the SUN. The Liver, responsible for production of the happiness hormone – Serotonin, produces the same during hours of SUN Rise to Sun Set. After SUN set – Melatonin, responsible for sleep and repair is produced. In the period of SLEEP hours, our watching TV, Mobiles etc…. creates a mix up of serotonin and Melatonin - causing depressing conditions in our life. 

Our nostrils alternate breath. During the switch from one nostril to another, both the nostrils breathe together – i.e., SUSHUMNA Nadi is activated. Sleeping on time, results in both nostrils breathing together for 7 – 8 minutes just before SUNRISE. And that is what is most essential for Natural Healing of the Mind and Body. When Mind & Body are healed, every area of our life is healed.

Ideally children should go to bed by 8 pm







 and adults by 9.00 pm.
