COLOUR THERAPY & MUDRAS FOR CONSTIPATION


COLOURS for HEALTH - CONSTIPATION

When one is constipated, it means hydration is poor. So to get regulated and rejuvenate the body, lets follow the following steps :
1. Try and go to bed by 9 pm every night. This habit if inculcated, you may not need any other support in due course, as you are in tune with Nature.

2. Make sure you eat your dinner latest by 7 PM and night meal as light as possible. Eating during SUN hours is the best as our digestive chakra, also known the SOLAR PLEXUS and is ruled by the planet SUN.

3. Drink one glass of hot water before going to bed at night & two glasses of hot water on wake up before brushing your teeth. When brushing your teeth, massage your gums with your center finger.

4. Oil pulling with Sesame oil after brushing your teeth gives great benefits. Do it to see the difference it makes on you. The proof of the pudding lies in eating.

5. Increase the intake of green vegetables. Spinach & other green leafy vegetables must not be consumed at night. (There is a saying in the SIDDHA Medicines that one cannot recover health even after selling their elephant if they consume green leafy vegetables at night).

6. WALKING is the best form of exercise. Do it for the love of your body for 20 minutes a day.

7. Practice the Pushan Mudra on a regular basis three times a day. After breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Pushan mudra to be followed by a few minutes of the Prana Mudra. This helps the body accept the food eaten and digest well, convert the food to energy. This mudra in turn helps you go with the flow of life. ‘PUSHAN’ means GOLD is the golden mudra. (This is a regular practice to be inculcated will bring ease in all areas of life).




8. MUDRA FOR CONSTIPATION in PARTICULAR,
a. APANA mudra, Apana Vayu Mudra each 15 minutes in succession
b. Ashwini Mudra , Yoga Mudra – refer page 92 of Mudra & Health perspectives by SUMAN Chiplunkar


ASHWINI MUDRA for Constipation
How to do : For this sit either in Sukhasan or in Vajrasan. You may practice this in the lying pose, keeping th elegs folded in such a way that the heels touch the buttocks, contract the anus and release it. Repeat many times. Contraction and dilation of the anus removes constipation, enables the yogi to master Apana Vayu and helps to unfold Muladhara Chakra or the basal plexus.


9. Deficiency of Magnesium also causes Constipation.
a. Using Epsom salt externally might also relieve constipation. Soaking your feet in it may help relax your gut and soften your stool as you absorb magnesium through your skin. Using the MAGNESIUM FLOATS helps wonderfully!!
b. BIOSALTS work well too. Calc.Flour, Kali Mur, Nat, Mur, Silicea

10. SWITCHWORDS
After seven deep inhales & Exhales START chanting
a. TOGETHER ( Take a deep inhale through your nose, hold, then while exhaling through your mouth chant the word TOGETHER-TOGETHER-TOGETHER-TOGETHER.... as many times as possible). This switchword works well for all issues, makes all organs work together, function in togetherness.

Chant the switchword phrase you are comfortable with, till issue resolved.
b. TOGETHER-MOVE-ON-SWIVEL-NOW-DONE
Or
"BOW-MOVE-ON-SWIVEL-BUBBLE-ADJUST-BE"
Or
CRYSTAL-SWIVEL_ADJUST-ALONE-CHANGE-NOW-DONE

c. Write "747Hz and 37,539,768,877" to write on tummy in green ink

COLOUR THERAPY
11. Sometimes too much of unwanted persistent thoughts lead to constipation too. Always a calm state of mind is better to be in. So applying the Colour Lavender or Light Purple on the TOP of your THUMB Helps. The lower phalange shaded PINK, works with HAPPY expressions.




12. Those suffering with THYROID issues, YELLOW for HYPER THYROID on the LOWER PHALANGE of your THUMB, and GREEN for HYPO THYROID on the lower phalange of THUMB. If on one hand you apply GREEN/Yellow. The other hand can always carry the colour of HAPPINESS, PINK.




13. COLOUR THERAPY for CONSTIPATION
a. GREEN on GAS points – 5 on Fingers
b. CONSTIPATION EASE points on both hands
c. LIVER Stimulation – GREEN.
d. ACIDITY Blue
